Our Story
​Viriditas Capital is a private investment firm partnering with founders and business owners to buy and build high quality companies in the lower middle market. We apply a consistent and disciplined investment approach to generate leading low risk investment returns by focusing on building infrastructure and teams to enable sustainable organic and inorganic growth. We seek to truly partner to meet the needs of individual owners by fostering collaborative team environments and sharing economic ownership.

Viriditas Capital is led by its Managing Partner and supported by a strong, diverse base of investors and advisors with decades of experience operating and growing businesses.
Alex Santana is the Founder and Managing Partner of Viriditas Capital. Alex is an experienced operator with over 20 years’ experience leading people and organizations in the technology and public service sectors.

Prior to founding Viriditas, Alex worked at Google as an expert in Cloud Services where he managed a portfolio of $XXXM with leading global technology partners. Alex has also over a decade of experience in the SaaS and Telecommunications space with leading roles at Wipro, Verizon, and RapidSOS.

Alex holds an MBA from Harvard Business School and Bachelor’s in Science degree in Industrial Engineering from Rutgers University. He currently resides in Jersey City, NJ.
